Each level of hoop is a 6-week session that will help you build your strength, confidence and body awareness in and out of the hoop. Each week progressively builds on the last, ensuring you are safe and strong for the new tricks you will be learning. -Prerequisites must be met before being able to advance onto the next level. -Payment is for the entirety of the 6-week session and must be paid at time of registration. -Price includes GST.

This drop-in class is designed for you to come and practice conditioning/flexibility, skills you have already learned in class, or catching up from a missed session. While spotting and guidance will be available, this is not a structured class. **MUST HAVE COMPLETED AT LEAST 4 HOOP CLASSES (Level 1 or private sessions) TO JOIN** *Due to this being a drop-in class, it is subject to cancellation due to low attendance.

Privates are excellent for any folks that are wanting to: -Build confidence and strength before joining a Levelled Session. -Wanting to work on condition, and/or fine tune some moves or tricks. -Bringing a friend to try that’s too nervous for a group Intro. -Wanting a workout with a few other friends, at a different time than current classes. -All prices include GST. Payment must be made at time of booking.

1-hour in-person consultation + assessment

The Girl be YOU program targets female youth between the ages of 6-12 years old. Each class consists of a different theme where we will do a small activity on top of the fitness portion of the class, which is set to inspiring music. We work towards helping girls build confidence, connection, and creating a community.

(Intermediate: uses infrared heat panels)

A personalized breastfeeding assessment conducted in the comfort of your home. Each session includes a thorough maternal/infant history, individual maternal and infant assessments, feeding evaluation, and customized care plan providing a summary of recommendations. Also included is 48 hours of text message support immediately following the session to help guide you as you navigate any challenges in real time.  * Clients are kindly asked to book appointments 24 hours in advance, giving me the time needed to plan and support each family with care.

A comprehensive in-person reassessment of both parent and infant, including observation of a breastfeeding session to review the efficacy of the previous care plan. Creation of an updated care plan to reflect new findings and goals.

A dedicated session to review your previously established care plan and/or check your infant's weight progress. Offered in-person, or via telehealth, this appointment focuses on discussing efficacy of interventions.

In this hour-long class, you will get familiar with the apparatus, learn how to invert, and your first aerial moves. - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Open to all fitness levels, abilities, bodies, genders. However, this class is currently ages 18+. -Price includes GST.

Mothers Day Event! Co-Lead by Sabrina and Laura! All are welcome. Bring your daughters or sons for an hour of movement and music. $20 event fee includes 1 parent and 1 child. Additional children can be added for $5 each. Please register all adults and children individually. Discounts will be applied to the total after booking has been completed. Not bringing a kiddo? Just let us know! Your class will be discounted accordingly.

2hr Special Event Class: Yoga & Meditation 15-20 + students

The b. class is hosting a special awareness and community-engagement event in support of the Camrose Women’s Shelter and the global One Billion Rising campaign. The program focuses on promoting safety, empowerment, and solidarity for women affected by violence. In connection with One Billion Rising, the event also features a collective b. class and call to action that unites attendees in standing against gender-based violence worldwide. Through information sharing, artistic expression, and community involvement, the b. class aims to inspire compassion, awareness, and positive change. This is a donation based class!
