Sae is a VCMT graduate and lifelong Vancouverite.
Whether the concern is stress reduction or pain relief, research shows that massage therapy is an effective optimizer of the body’s ability to heal and repair itself. Sae is a strong believer in this philosophy of treatment, and takes an orthopaedic approach to understanding and treating the body, within its capabilities and limitations. Her proficiencies include a variety of corrective techniques such as neuromuscular and joint mobilizations, and is certified in NMT and IASTM.
Prior to becoming an RMT, Sae worked as a Shiatsu Therapist and as a residential care aid for adults with developmental and mental health conditions.
Outside of clinic life, you may find Sae walking her dogs at a nearby park or chatting with a friend over boogie tea and cake.

Sessions are body focused, using Somatic Experiencing® and Somatic Touch to support your nervous system regulation, building your somatic skills and accessing your life energy to live a life not centred around trauma. In this session client and practitioner create a treatment map to guide future sessions and begin somatic work togeather. **Please consider booking a complimentary consult to ensure a good fit and to set up follow up sessions** PLEASE NOTE: Sessions are not covered under regular paramedical extended benefits.
