Sarah is a graduate of the RMT program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, B.C. Her approach to treatment integrates Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and joint mobilizations. She has also completed additional training in hot stone therapeutic massage and is pleased to offer this deeply relaxing and therapeutic modality. Each session is customized to your specific needs to address musculoskeletal disorders such as overuse and repetitive strain injuries, temporomandibular joint disorder, tension headaches, and neurological conditions.
