Massage Therapy - Subsequent/Follow Up: 90 minutes While Julia works on being certified in BC, Massage appointments with her are not billable to any type of insurance.

Massage Therapy - Assessment/Initial Assessment: 45 minutes What is Massage Therapy? Massage therapy uses a combination of therapeutic techniques and active approaches such as exercise, stretching and mobility training to help alleviate sore and tense muscle and joint pain. While massage therapy is ideal for stress relief, it is also beneficial in the circumstance where the individual may be suffering from a new injury and/or have the need to address long-standing issues and/or concerns. Please only book an initial if you are a new massage therapy patient at our clinic or if you are receiving treatment from another RMT who has not yet treated you.
