Sierra discovered her passion for massage therapy in 2018. After years of playing sports and experiencing her own injuries, she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of proper recovery, rehabilitation, and ongoing self-care. This inspired her to pursue massage therapy as a career, and she graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT) in 2022.
With a lifelong passion for health and wellness, Sierra is dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal goals. She works with individuals experiencing everyday aches and pains, chronic conditions, and injuries, as well as athletes looking to enhance performance, improve mobility, and support overall well-being.
Sierra offers a blend of relaxation and deep tissue massage, providing personalized and therapeutic treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her approach is rooted in intention, care, and a commitment to long-term results.
Outside the clinic, Sierra maintains an active lifestyle and can often be found at the gym working toward her own fitness goals. Her dedication to movement and strength deepens her understanding of the body and enriches the care she provides.

Student supervisors may enter the room during your massage to observe and advise on massage techniques. All of our appointments are 60 minutes long and include Patient Consent, Case History, Assessment and Home Care.
