Telehealth is a virtual meet with your Physiotherapist for care, advice, education, guided intervention and monitoring through remote admission. The only limitation is it is not Hands-on; however, it is very effective as it is virtual and the interventions are guided/ tailored by your Physiotherapist for your best possible recovery.
