In a vestibular physiotherapy follow-up session, your physiotherapist checks how your symptoms have changed since your last visit and assesses your progress with the exercises. You'll continue practicing balance and coordination activities designed to retrain your brain and body, with exercises becoming more challenging as you improve. The therapist may adjust your home program and set new goals to help you return to daily activities safely and confidently.

A pelvic floor physiotherapist (Level-1) will conduct a thorough assessment, which may include internal and external examinations, to evaluate the strength, tone, and function of the pelvic floor muscles. This is generally followed by the treatment which may involve a combination of exercises to strengthen or relax the pelvic floor muscles, manual therapy, and other techniques like biofeedback or electrical stimulation. NOTE - Currently only offering specialized treatment for urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and prolapse
