With over 15 years of experience in rehabilitation-focused fitness and physical conditioning, Moe has worked with a wide range of individuals recovering from injury or managing physical challenges. His background in therapeutic exercise and sports science allows him to assess movement patterns, restore function, and tailor treatments that support long-term recovery and performance. Moe integrates a variety of techniques into his treatments, including trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Whether delivering deep tissue, sports, or Swedish massage, he customizes each session to maximize outcomes.
