SaveGrowing up in Saskatchewan and playing a variety of sports, I found a love for fitness and the human body. After a few years working in customer service and doing maintenance work, I found myself going to a RMT on a regular basis. I soon realized that massage therapy was something I would enjoy doing. I have a great interest in the way in which the human body works and I enjoy helping people by educating them in ways to improve their well being.

My passion in this field grew as I attended Axiom Career College and obtained my Medical Massage Therapy Diploma. Over the next 5-10 years I plan to further my study of the human body and movement mechanics by attending the University of Saskatchewan. I enjoy working with clients, seeing them succeed and resolve issues that arise for people in every day life. Client education is of utmost importance to my practice. Massage should be an aid in improving one's health. I commit to helping clients achieve their wellness goals. I specialize in treatment which is deep tissue focused, with specific trigger point release and stretch therapy, all integrated into a relaxing treatment.
