Using suction cups placed on the skin to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and
detoxify the body.
Moxibustion:
Burning mugwort herb near the skin or on acupuncture points to warm and invigorate Qi
flow.
Gua Sha（Scraping）:
Scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to improve circulation and alleviate pain.
Herbal Medicine:
Prescribing and preparing individualized herbal formulas to support healing and treat a
variety of conditions, based on TCM principles
Lifestyle and Dietary Advice:
Offering guidance on diet, exercise, and self-care practices based on Traditional Chinese
Medicine (TCM) principles.

Through pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, observation, and questioning, the practitioner identifies patterns of imbalance (e.g., Qi/Blood deficiency, Yin/Yang deficiency, Heat, Cold) and designs an individualized treatment plan, which may include acupuncture, herbal remedies, and lifestyle recommendations.
