I am a Registered Social Worker with 14 years of experience in providing mental health & addictions counselling services; in French and English.
As a service provider, my priority is to provide a safe and calming space for individuals, couples, and families.
As human beings, we all experience difficulties and challenges. However, sometimes, our struggles can become so overwhelming that we lose connection with ourselves and the people we love and care about. In those times, it is important to remember that it is okay to reach out for support. That being said, I understand and appreciate how reaching out for professional help can generate all sorts of unpleasant emotions. Therefore, I approach the process of healing using evidence-based therapeutical interventions with a focus on respect, trust, authenticity, understanding, compassion, and acceptance.
