Nadia Lendel is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and internationally educated healthcare professional with a Master's Degree in Physical Rehabilitation and a background in Midwifery, offering a rehabilitation-focused approach to musculoskeletal care, women's health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and TMJ dysfunction.
She combines evidence-informed rehabilitation principles with hands-on osteopathic treatment to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve functional movement. Her approach focuses on identifying contributing factors to symptoms and supporting long-term recovery, not just short-term relief.
Nadia works with patients experiencing neck and back pain, shoulder dysfunction, headaches, TMJ-related pain, postural strain, repetitive workplace injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
With a background in Midwifery and a special interest in women's health, she also provides supportive care during pregnancy and postpartum recovery, helping patients adapt to the physical and biomechanical changes that occur during these stages.
