Nadya Bell, RMT
As the first Certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioner (CMRP) in Newfoundland, Nadya offers manual therapy from the global perspective of restoring the body to natural balance.
Since beginning her practice as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2018, she has expanded to incorporate training in Gua Sha, cupping, Bloomberg Rhythmic Movement Therapy, taping and craniosacral therapy into her soft tissue work.
Nadya's Matrix Repatterning treatment plans allow for deeper work with skeletal and visceral structures, stimulating healing through gentle manual pressure and the use of the MatrixMag device. As a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, she values the role of emotional health in the healing process and offers Emotion Code sessions as a complementary modality alongside her hands-on practice.
Her combined approach to massage therapy and Matrix Repatterning gives her sensitivity in working with trauma, as well as the tools to create meaningful and lasting change in difficult-to-resolve conditions.

Matrix Repatterning Treatment is typically over clothing and involves gentle manual therapy combined with bio-electric stimulation provided by the MatrixMag™ Scanner or SafeZone, if appropriate. Each area may be treated in a variety of directions and a series of sessions may be necessary to release the entire pattern and restore optimal structural balance. Although treatment is gentle and painless, some people may experience temporary, mild-to-moderate symptoms following treatment, as the body adapts to the profound changes. Covered as a Category B complementary modality by the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador, treatment is billed as Registered Massage Therapy. Clients who have not had prior massage therapy treatment are encouraged to book in for massage first, so Matrix Repatterning can be incorporated into their existing treatment plan.

Matrix Repatterning is an advanced therapeutic system based on scientific principles and an understanding of the structural and bio-electric effects of injury on the deep framework of the body. Chronic pain, concussions, impact injuries, multi-issue conditions, and structural imbalances often see results with Matrix Repatterning when “all else fails”. Assessment includes examination of bone size and shape, ranges-of-motion, joint stability, tissue tone, nerve function, and other objective tests. A bio-electric scan is also performed to detect the electrical changes caused by injury, and confirm the precise location of Primary Restrictions. A magnetic device (MatrixMag™ Scanner or SafeZone) may be used for this process. A treatment plan will be developed to fit your goals, with a minimum of 3 weekly sessions recommended for new clients.
