Namrata is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move better, recover from injury, and improve their overall quality of life. She provides personalized, evidence-based care using a combination of manual therapy, exercise therapy, acupuncture, cupping, and electrotherapy.
She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical injuries, vestibular disorders, concussions, and chronic pain. Namrata also offers Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy for both women and men, helping with concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, prolapse, constipation, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Her goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve lasting results and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside the clinic, Namrata enjoys hiking, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.

Cosmetic Acupuncture 75 minutes Cosmetic acupuncture can help reduce fine lines, puffiness, and swelling in the face, improve complexion and skin tone and overall signs of aging. Herbs, oils and Radio frequency is also used to enhance the facial treatment.
