Nancy's education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario. She has been in practice for over 30 years, completing many courses focused on pelvic health, rehabilitation pilates, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)-informed care and women's health coaching.
