**BIO**
Natalia Guerrero is a Registered Physiotherapist at Hartwell Therapy & Wellness, working at both the Main and Victoria locations. Originally from Colombia, she completed her studies in both Sports Science and Physiotherapy, gaining four years of experience as a personal trainer and one year as a physiotherapist.
Since moving to Canada, Natalia has also worked as a physiotherapy assistant for two years and is now a licensed physiotherapist. Natalia has worked with people across all ages—from children and youth to adults and older populations.
As a physiotherapist and movement professional, she has focused her practice on tailoring one-on-one and duo Pilates programs, which have proven to be highly effective in supporting recovery, improving mobility, and enhancing overall wellness.
She also holds certifications in cupping therapy, exercise prescription, functional training, blood flow restrictions, and biomechanics. In addition, she provides soft tissue release, manual therapy, joint mobility, and electrotherapy as part of her treatment approach.
Her clinical special interests include musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, sports injury prevention and recovery, and working with older adults. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and is committed to making care welcoming and accessible for diverse communities.
