Hi, I’m Natalia -currently a student at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy who’s passionate about turning what I’m learning into meaningful, hands-on care.
Originally from Poland, I made the beautiful West Coast my home in early 2020. Before starting my studies I was a beer brewer and whilst I enjoyed it very much, I decided that I needed a career that could bring me more fulfilment. That’s when I found out about massage therapy, the intricacies and benefits of it, and I completely fell in love with the practice.
My treatments often combine Swedish massage with techniques like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and gentle stretching, all aimed at improving mobility, promoting relaxation and supporting overall well-being. I have a particular interest in treating the head and neck, areas that I have a distinct passion for due to my own experiences with migraines and bruxism (teeth clenching and grinding).
Most importantly, I strive to create a space where everyone can feel safe, heard and taken care of. I’m looking forward to bringing my skills to serve the vibrant East Van community that I feel lucky
enough to call home.
