Specialization:
Natalie’s practice is focussed on the treatment of a variety of orthopaedic and pelvic health conditions that are acute and/or chronic in nature. She has a special interest in the low-back, hips, pelvis, and in working with anyone who has sustained an injury or are interested in optimizing their ability to move and preventing injuries.
Practice Style (Philosophy):
Natalie has a holistic approach to rehabilitation. She assists individuals to regain balance within their bodies by first determining the root cause of dysfunction through physical assessment and functional movement analysis, and then through treatment combining movement pattern retraining and exercise, with acupuncture, soft tissue release, and manual therapy, depending on the determined needs of each individual. Natalie’s unique acupuncture approach combines traditional chinese and anatomical acupuncture, based on her training from both western and eastern perspectives. Natalie values active rehabilitation and bodily awareness, and above all else motivating people to heal and continue to live active, healthy lifestyles.
