Natalie Graham is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist dedicated to helping women stay active, strong, and confident throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. Her mission is to help women return to the activities they love, build lifelong strength, and feel capable in their bodies as they navigate motherhood.
Natalie earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen's University in 2012 and has completed extensive postgraduate training in pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum rehabilitation, and women's health. She has also completed advanced training in labour and birth support, a rare credential among Canadian physiotherapists.
Appointment offerings include in-person and virtual pelvic health physiotherapy, birth preparation sessions, and progressive postpartum rehabilitation programs designed to bridge the gap between traditional physiotherapy and returning to an active lifestyle.
Outside the clinic, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found running, strength training, or pursuing new fitness challenges—experiences that shape her practical, exercise-focused approach to rehabilitation.
