Natalie Ornella is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.
As a physiotherapist, Natalie provides compassionate, evidence-based care to all her patients in order to facilitate meaningful change in their pain, abilities, and to achieve their personal goals. Her treatment philosophy and general physiotherapy practice focuses on detailed assessments, addressing root causes with effective hands on treatment, and empowering patients through education and personalized exercise programming. Her clients describe her as empowering, supportive, and highly effective in helping them reach their health goals.
Natalie is deeply committed to ongoing professional development, having completed extensive continuing education in manual therapy, muscle compensation patterning, therapeutic taping, acupuncture, and functional dry needling, among others.
Outside of the clinic, Natalie maintains an active lifestyle through resistance training, yoga, exploring the outdoors with her young children, and golfing with her husband, fully embodying her belief in the importance of movement and strength for lifelong wellness.
