I completed my Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2014. I worked at an clinic in Oakville under the guidance of an amazing mentor for several years after graduating. I did specializations including advanced vestibular training and concussion assessment and management. I have also done additional certifications in acupuncture and dry needling. In 2017 I moved back to my home town of Russell and started working at PhysioGougeon. Since PhysioGougeon closed down in 2023 I decided to start my own clinic, NatPhysio. I have a passion for people and how exercise and physiotherapy can restore mobility and help you get back to the best versions of yourself. I take a very one on one approach with everyone I see. I truly believe everyone is unique with individual needs and circumstances and my treatments are reflective of that.
When I am not in clinic, you can find me running after 3 lively young children and our dog. I love getting outdoors with my family and wonderful husband spending time camping, hiking or cycling.
