Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from UBC Okanagan, where she gained invaluable experience working with the Varsity Cross Country Running and Varsity Soccer teams during her undergraduate practicum. She also spent a year abroad at University College Dublin (UCD) in Ireland, studying physiotherapy and coaching youth basketball. These diverse experiences have provided Natalie with a well-rounded understanding of movement, performance, and rehabilitation, all of which inform her practice as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Natalie’s massage style is both dynamic and personalized. She begins each session with a thorough intake and assessment to ensure that her treatment plans are aligned with her clients’ unique goals. Combining Swedish and non-Swedish techniques with passive and active movements, Natalie tailors her approach to help patients achieve optimal results.
