Natalie Szabo is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist. Natalie graduated from the Darcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy in 2011. She has been practicing Massage Therapy in Aylmer for 10 years and is enthusiastic about the newest adventure to grow with the GroWellness team!
Natalie believes in treating the body as a whole structure, focusing on the root cause of problems causing the bodies discomfort or pain, not just focusing on where the symptoms appear.
She has experience in treating many repetitive strain injuries, fixing/aligning ones posture, granting clients more mobility in there day to day activities and providing clients the tools and education to further their treatment at home.
Natalie has been well trained in Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage. She is always eager to learn and add new modalities to her practice with yearly courses/seminars.
