Nataliia is a Registered Massage Therapist with a clinical focus on rehabilitation and
functional recovery. She specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to support post-
surgical recovery and reduce edema, as well as Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to improve
mobility and restore range of motion.
Her approach is assessment-based, allowing her to create personalized treatment plans that
address the root cause of dysfunction. Nataliia incorporates techniques such as Deep Tissue
Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and therapeutic stretching to treat
conditions including low back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, and postural imbalances.
Her goal is to help clients improve mobility, prevent injuries, and return to daily activities with
greater ease and comfort.
