*Upon your appointment with Nate, expect an in-depth interview paired with physical assessments, potentially involving neurological and/or orthopedic testing. These are best done in “gym strip” so please bring shorts and a tank top if possible.*
Driven by his own experience with injury rehabilitation, pain management, and patient coordination, Nate takes a passionate approach to building comprehensive treatment plans alongside his patients to ensure an alignment of goals and treatment expectations.
A large part of Nate’s efforts are directed towards patient education of their situations or conditions; he takes pride in forming a positive and complete therapeutic relationship with the individuals he treats. Allowing his patients to walk away with more than just physical progression, but a further understanding of how and/or why they’re experiencing the signs and symptoms that they may be showing.
With an athletic background in Jiu Jitsu, sport climbing, weight training, and soccer, Nate understands the importance of the commitments to physical activity, as well as recovery. As he knows, this balancing act is not easy. Nate strives to help his patients reach these demanding goals along side his fellow practitioners at NSSM.
