Nathan Wessel was born in Halifax and grew up on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Nova Scotia. He attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, graduating valedictorian in 2004. Following graduation Nathan completed diplomas in reflexology and Reiki, as well as his first year in osteopathy. Over the course of his years of practice, Nathan has developed a personal treatment approach that blends intuitive deep tissue work with fascial release techniques that allow him to comprehensively treat the fundamental causes of each client’s unique health issues. Nathan is a member of the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia, and has completed a number of professional development courses in taping, inter-oral release techniques and visceral manipulation. He is a believer in the profound mind-body-spirit connection that forms the foundation of our health and wellbeing, and aims to support his clients in exploring what a well-balanced existence means for them. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys reading, dabbling in photography, playing table-top games with friends, and hiking around the province with his wife, Jenn and daughter Emma.
