Nathania, our Registered Physiotherapist offers services in English and Cantonese.
Nathania graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.
Nathania has an interest in supporting individuals with pelvic health issues, especially conditions that are limiting people's participation in activity and exercise. She enjoys teaching people how to move in ways that will be sustainable and minimize risk of injury. She incorporates Pilates into her practice to help patients develop better body awareness and improve confidence in movement.
Nathania is trained in neurofunctional acupuncture from the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program. Her treatment sessions also combine manual therapy and soft tissue release to enhance outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Nathania can be found training for triathlons, at a dancing class, or in the kitchen, cooking and baking for loved ones!
