Started my PT journey at York University where I graduated with a BA in Kinesiology, followed by an MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. I developed my love for movement and sport at a young age playing a multitude of sports and continuing today with a social media dance page with two of my closest friends in addition to weightlifting, tennis and golf in my free time.
I like to bring a personalized approach to treatment and recognize that we are all unique as individuals. I enjoy treating individuals of all ages and fitness levels and have gained experience working with a variety of individuals through clinical experience. My treatment approach combines manual therapy, education as well as patient-centered exercise and movement.
Looking forward, I am committed to furthering my education with courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, and sports medicine, to continue supporting individuals on their journey to wellness and recovery.

The Functional Movement Screen is a movement analysis designed to identify both the root cause of your pain, and any areas of dysfunction that could be contributing factors, and utilizes our roundtable method to assess, diagnose and repair.
Note: if you have not attended a physiotherapy appointment in 6 months or more you must book an initial assessment. Please call to book, appointment may be adjusted based on the discretion of the practitioner.
