Naushin Kherani brings over six years of physiotherapy experience, having practiced in both India and Canada. She became a clinician to help individuals restore movement and strength, empowering them to live active, healthy lives through personalized, evidence-based care.
Naushin has a special interest in working with runners, volleyball players, and martial artists—particularly those practicing Muay Thai and Taekwondo—with a focus on injury prevention and performance optimization. She also enjoys supporting recreational athletes and individuals returning to movement after time away, helping them rebuild strength safely and confidently at their own pace.
Her approach is rooted in empathy, education, and a strong commitment to long-term results. With expertise in exercise prescription, manual therapy, and the development of injury-prevention and return-to-sport/work programs, Naushin is passionate about guiding people through every stage of movement—from rehabilitation to peak performance.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, working out, and relaxing with a good novel on quieter days.

Clinical Pilates involves the use of Pilates exercises, but specifically adapted and prescribed for the rehabilitation of injuries and physical problems. This means that your therapist will design your exercise program based on the assessment of your injuries and pain, and they will likely also incorporate other physiotherapy treatments along with Pilates exercises.

Your Physiotherapist will assess your condition and determine if IMS/Dry Needling is ideal for you. Dry Needling Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) is a modern approach that uses sterile, single-use disposable needles, with the main goal to release myofascial trigger points, and is effective for treating a multitude of musculoskeletal problems. This therapy relies on in-and-out needle insertion making this therapy different from acupuncture (in which the needle stay inserted in the skin for longer period of time).
