A comprehensive pelvic health assessment and first treatment session. This appointment includes a detailed health history, assessment of the pelvic floor, core, hips, and posture, and—with informed consent—internal and/or external pelvic floor examination as clinically indicated. Findings are reviewed, an individualized treatment plan is created, and treatment may begin during this visit, including manual therapy, exercises, and education.
