AjouterNeda holds her PH.D. in Health & Exercise Science from Concordia University, where her work focused on spinal muscle morphology and neuromuscular function in patients with chronic pain and degenerative conditions. She also got her BSc (2013) and MSc (2018) in Physical Therapy in Iran. Neda is a registered physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and a strong background in research and evidence-based practice.

A comprehensive pelvic health assessment and first treatment session. This appointment includes a detailed health history, assessment of the pelvic floor, core, hips, and posture, and—with informed consent—internal and/or external pelvic floor examination as clinically indicated. Findings are reviewed, an individualized treatment plan is created, and treatment may begin during this visit, including manual therapy, exercises, and education.
