This 45 minute Massage Therapy treatment will incorporate energy focused Reiki within the massage therapy treatment, Feel the benefit of mechanical muscle work and Reiki techniques addressing soft tissues and energetic blockages.

This is a combination is one of our most popular treatments. 30 mins of Massage Therapy and 30 mins of Acupuncture, hands on soft tissue manipulation followed up with re-establishing balance and Qi (pronounced "chee") using specific acupuncture points. This service is billed as 2 separate treatments for insurance clarity.

Treatments begin with hot stones to warm up the tissues before getting into the deeper techniques of traditional massage therapy.

Raindrop Therapy is a relaxation treatment that combines aromatherapy, reflexology, and Swedish massage techniques. Essential oils are strategically placed and gently massaged in, to stimulate the limbic and immune system, while gently relieving muscle tension, and symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Brazilian lymphatic drainage is a manual therapy technique that uses rhythmic, directed massage strokes to stimulate lymphatic flow, reduce temporary fluid retention, and enhance body contouring. Provided by an RMT and may be adapted to the client's health needs and goals

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialized massage technique that uses light, rhythmic movements to stimulate the lymphatic system and support the body's natural drainage of excess fluid and waste. MLD may be beneficial for a variety of conditions, including headaches, sinus congestion, lymphedema, lipedema, pre- and post-surgical swelling, and acute strains and sprains.

This Massage Therapy treatment includes air compression boots/sleeves to help reduce swelling and encourage circulation

Muscle and energy work using the pressure point approach of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Tuina massage is similar to acupuncture in that it targets specific acupoints, but practitioners use fingers instead of needles to apply pressure to stimulate these points.
