Music has always played an important role in Nicholas’ life, with vocals being one of his main instruments since childhood. Music always offered a way to self express, bond with family/friends and always remains a source for creativity. While undergoing his bachelors of Fine Arts, at York University, Toronto ON, Nicholas studied performance and education in the trumpet, piano, guitar and other diverse instruments. Nicholas knows that music is a resource to draw upon when life is challenging and offers a creative expression that fosters individual and communal change.
Concurrently, he also studied Reiki, with Melanie Ollenberg at Kore Changes, Inner Arts Collective, Toronto ON, and completed his Master/Teacher Level in January 2017. Reiki taught Nicholas the values of energy work, as well as emphasized self discovery, and promoted deep self compassion and healing for himself and others.
Continued study in Reiki, Music Therapy and Counselling, characterize how Nicholas approaches the healing journey with clients. Nicholas knows that each person has strengths that can be nurtured into a resource. Each person is unique in their experience and a wholistic approach is essential to healing the root cause of presenting needs.

Vibroacoustic therapy uses sound to produce vibrations that are applied directly to the body. During the vibrational healing process, a client lies on the specially designed mat or bed or sits in a chair that is embedded with speakers or transducers which transmit sound into vibrations that travel through the body in a soothing, healing motion that we liken to an "internal massage".
