Nichole graduated from the massage therapy program at Eastern Academy with honours in 2025. Her treatment approach is a combination of GSM and deep tissue therapeutic massage, carefully working with the muscles to encourage comfortable mobility and relaxation. Nichole is certified in cupping, gua sha, and KT taping. She has also completed certification to support oncology patients through their recovery and symptom management. Nichole utilizes her extensive experience and education of the nervous system's key role in pain perception and management to create the best possible treatment plan, working within your own tolerance and capabilities. Nichole is passionate about helping others recover from injuries, manage stress, and decrease their pain.
