As a graduate from McMaster University and Sheridan College, I have been involved in sport medicine for a decade now. Having past experience in minor sport to professional leagues, I enjoy helping everyone reach their full potential by using the power of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, preventative medicine, and supportive taping techniques.
I am supported by my wife, young son, family, and friends. I enjoy functional strength and conditioning training, motorcycles, reading, and any sport, activity, or competition.
