Nick is proud to be able to offer his services to his local community in Uxbridge and surrounding areas on a full time basis.
Utilising a fully equipped gym setting in his converted garage space he looks to combine his his skills as a physiotherapist. with his passion for strength and conditioning and all things fitness.
Nick focuses on a biomechanical approach that combines a hands-on treatment style with his expert knowledge of functional movement and exercise prescription to help his clients reach their goals and perform to their full potential.
Drawing from his experience as a competitive athlete, Nick recognises the importance of proactive rehabilitation that emphasises strength, stability and mobility in order to protect against injury and improve performance.
Nick graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2015 and has worked in a variety of clinical settings to develop a strong foundation of skills.
