In addition to my massage therapy skills, I bring a strong background in sports, with a love for kickboxing, boxing, and mountain biking. This athletic experience informs my approach, allowing me to provide specific and educational treatments to my clients aiding in their recovery and wellness.
I believe in empowering my clients with knowledge, which is why I enjoy sharing personalized home care routines that include stretches and workouts.
