Nicola Mazwi is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#26708) with a Masters of Science in Counselling Psychology, offering therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.

With a background in counselling psychology and clinical experience across diverse settings, I bring a culturally informed and client-centered perspective to my work. * Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

* Narrative Therapy – focuses on helping clients explore and reshape the stories they tell about themselves and their experiences.
