Nicola completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta after graduating from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor's in Commerce and Psychology.
She has a wide range of clinical experiences, including working with high school and university level athletes, neurological and ICU patients, infants and children, and the general population. Her treatments often include exercise prescription, education, and manual therapy/dry needling with an overall goal to be strong and pain free. She also enjoys collaborating with patients and other practitioners to create injury prevention programs in order to encourage holistic wellness.
Outside the clinic, Nicola enjoys running around with her dog, strength training, skiing, playing the violin, and trying out new restaurants with friends and family.

Depending on comfort level, internal or external assessments may be conducted to evaluate muscle strength, coordination, and any areas of tension or dysfunction.
