Nicolas has an extensive background in sport psychology and counselling. He is a **five-time member of the Canadian National Fencing Team**, is an avid cyclist and enjoys participating in a wide variety of sports.
Nicolas earned his Masters in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle, following his undergraduate degree in Physical Education from the University of Alberta--majoring in sport psychology. Nicolas’ special interests include **eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and sport and performance psychology**.

50 minute general counselling and/or sport psychology session. This service may include addressing any mental health concerns, mental skills training for sports, or motor vehicle accident related therapy.
A 30-minute exposure therapy session incorporates the use of a virtual reality headset to assist with a number of different dimensions of psychological recovery. This includes, but is not limited to, driving anxiety, specific phobias such as fear of spiders, fear of heights, or fear of dogs--as examples. The session is run by a psychology assistant in conjunction with attending psychologists' treatment plan.
50 min initial counselling and/or sport psychology session. This service focuses on getting to know the client, building rapport and trust, and learning how best to support the client's needs.
