**Where are you from?**
Regina, Canada
**What were you doing before pursuing RMT?**
I am a certified nutritional practitioner and I was previously working at a naturopathic clinic assisting clients with natural health products.
**Why do you want to be an RMT?**
Massage therapy aligns with my holistic nutrition background, allowing me to support both the physical and mental aspects of health. Becoming an RMT gives me the opportunity to deepen my understanding of the body to help people feel their best.
**How do you like to spend your time outside of work/school?**
I like to spend my time outdoors, being active or just frolicking in nature. I also enjoy being creative, tending to my plants and seeing live music.
**What is your favourite thing about VCMT?**
What I love most is the depth of knowledge in each course and how seamlessly it all connects, allowing us to integrate what we learn into practical, hands-on application.
**Do you speak fluently any languages other than English?**
Spanglish :)
