Nicole is a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, attuned to Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki, and an active member of the Canadian Reiki Association, Associate Member of the RMA International Center for Reiki Training, and the Center for Reiki Research. She is also trained in Sound Healing, a Certified PEMF Therapist, and an Integrative Life Coach.
Nicole believes true well-being comes from supporting the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Through Reiki, she creates a calm, supportive environment that encourages balance, restoration, and healing. She works with clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, trauma, pain, injury, and overall imbalance.
Through years of study and hands-on practice, Nicole has explored a wide range of holistic and energy-based healing modalities. Her own healing journey rooted in yoga, breathwork, meditation, grounding practices, somatic healing, sound healing, Reiki, and other energy therapies shapes her intuitive and compassionate approach to supporting others.
Passionate about holistic wellness, Nicole is dedicated to sharing Reiki as a supportive tool that works alongside traditional approaches, empowering clients to reconnect with balance, resilience, and well-being.
