Massage therapy has always been a part of my life. I spent many years massaging family and friends just for the joy of helping people. After spending many years working in the healthcare sector in Calgary, I finally decided to pursue a career in massage therapy.
I graduated from the 2200 hour program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and I am registered with the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta (MTAA).
I am a therapist who truly believes in the debilitating effects that stress can have on the body and I have learned through personal experience that massage is a great way to help bring balance back into ones busy life. I enjoy making people feel more at ease and less stressed but I also enjoy doing more specific treatment to target more troublesome areas. I have experience treating sciatic pain, low back pain, tension headaches, pre and post-natal aches and pains, postural discrepancies and many more.
Currently taking courses in lymphatic drainage and massage for those with cancer.
As I grow into my role as a massage therapist I look forward to continually expanding my education to better serve my clients.
