AjouterNicole is a graduate of the University of Alberta’s Master of Science in Physical Therapy program. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Calgary. Before pursuing her career in physical therapy, Nicole was a competitive figure skater at the national level, where she developed a deep appreciation for both the joy movement brings and the challenges posed by injury.
Nicole combines hands-on treatment, guided exercise, and patient education to help individuals achieve their personal health goals. She is passionate about supporting her patients' recovery and well-being. With experience working with individuals of all ages, from pediatrics to older adults, Nicole uses her in-depth knowledge of the body to provide effective care and help patients improve.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys exploring new sports, strength training, baking, and reading. She is thrilled to be back in Calgary, ready to explore the stunning mountains that await her!

MVA (motor vehicle accident) assessments are for anyone who's been involved in a car accident in Alberta within 90 days of the date of injury. Our physiotherapist will take a detailed history and perform an in depth analysis of your injury. The initial assessment takes approximately 60 minutes and includes a short treatment. They will fill out the proper paperwork that your auto insurance requires. Please note in notes section of your booking if your injury is the result of a car accident.

Your follow up treatments after having a Motor Vehicle Assessment are approximately 30 minutes and will include any or all of the following: manual therapy (hands on treatment), acupuncture or dry needling, education, exercise prescription, and modalities such as heat, IFC etc.
Acupuncture treatment only for any muscle or joint pain. Performed by trained physiotherapist and billed under physiotherapy as it is a physiotherapist performing this treatment. *MUST BOOK FOR A PHYSIO ASSESSMENT FIRST

Initial Physiotherapy Pelvic Floor Assessment of your pelvic health concerns which will include a detailed history, external and internal exam. You will be educated on her findings as well as given exercises to work on at home.

Shockwave Therapy (acoustic pressure wave, not electric shock), is a safe, and effective treatment approach for a wide range of medical conditions. It stimulates healing & breaks down scar tissue & is very effective for those chronic issues like tendonitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis etc. We combine our shockwave treatment with a manual therapy physiotherapy treatment for maximum effectiveness and resolve the biomechanical issues that caused the injury to prevent it from returning. Please only book if your physiotherapist has cleared your injury for shockwave treatment after an assessment.
Initial Physiotherapy Vestibular Assessment, approximately 1 hour, which is performed by a specially trained physiotherapist for problems related to dizziness, vertigo, headaches, concussions, and balance issues. They use specialized equipment to study your eye movement during different parts of the assessment.
