Nicole grew up in Interior BC, always staying active in sports, specifically basketball. This brought her to the University of Victoria where she played 5 years for the Vikes Women’s basketball team and completed her Bachelors of Science in 2017. Through sport, Nicole found a curiosity for rehabilitation and injury prevention which led her into massage therapy. She completed her Massage Therapy Diploma at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2021. Nicole’s approach is to help guide each client to learn how it can feel to have a strong and healthy body and continuously support them with their various goals and rehabilitation. She loves to stay active herself and can often be found at the gym or coaching as an assistant coach for the UVIC Women’s basketball team.

Hot basaltic stones are used to glide over the body, creating increased circulation and flushing out areas of tension. The heat from the stones penetrates to deeper layers of tissue, allowing for greater relief of muscle tightness as well as a deeper relaxation. The option of using cooler stones can also be incorporated with the hot stones. This technique helps to reduce muscle pain and tightness and further increase the circulation in the tissues.
