Nicole began practicing massage therapy in 2014 after graduating from MH Vicars School of Massage in Calgary, AB. Since then she has worked in a variety of settings including clinics, spas and running her own business. Her passion lies in the relief of muscular pain or dysfunction and correction of postural imbalances while always offering the necessary amount of pressure for each individual. As an avid climber, biker and skier she has a deep understanding of what the body needs in order to restore fluidity of movement.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) uses slow, gentle, rhythmical techniques to facitlitate faster recovery from injuries or surgeries, calms the nervous system, and facilitates proper lymphatic functioning. Nicole is trained by the widely recognized Dr. Vodder school and is currently a level 2.
