After working in the fitness industry for eight years, I realized I wanted to deepen my knowledge about the human body and gain the ability to help individuals become the healthiest versions of themselves. Over time, I noticed that while many people enjoy movement, there are often obstacles when it comes to finding ways to move pain-free. I strive to bridge the gap between relaxation and therapeutic massage by understanding the underlying causes of a patient’s pain, addressing those areas effectively, and still providing a space where clients can relax and detach from life’s stress.
I prefer a collaborative approach, working together to find what feels best and is most effective for you, while ensuring our treatment goals are aligned. My treatments may include general Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger-point release, myofascial techniques, neuromuscular techniques, as well as passive and active stretching.
When I’m not practicing massage, you’ll usually find me at the gym, at the beach with my dog, or enjoying games and good food with friends.
