Nicole graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2010 and has dedicated over 14 years to the art of healing and wellness. With a passion for helping others, Nicole has developed a diverse skill set that allows her to provide effective and personalized treatments to her clients.
Nicole specializes in delivering deep tissue massage and myofascial work, complemented by the therapeutic benefits of cupping. This holistic approach enables her to address a wide range of concerns, from chronic pain to tension relief, helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
An active individual, Nicole incorporates her love for movement into her lifestyle. She plays beach volleyball twice a week, followed by weight training and yoga, ensuring a balanced approach to fitness. This active lifestyle not only fuels her own well-being but also informs her therapeutic practice, where she encourages clients to embrace physical activity as part of their overall health.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Nicole enjoys being social and connecting with friends, as well as spending quality time with her mom and brothers. Family and friendships are incredibly important to her, and she values those connections deeply. Nicole looks forward to evenings and weekends spent with her husband, along with their two beloved pets: a fluffy husky-retriever mix and a not-so-nice, large, and in-charge calico cat who demands both massage time and food. She appreciates the importance of rest, loving a good 9 PM bedtime to recharge for the day ahead!
With a strong belief in the power of touch and connection, Nicole strives to create a safe and nurturing environment for her clients. She is committed to teaching individuals about the benefits of massage therapy, empowering them to understand how to support their bodies and well-being.
With her joyful spirit and commitment to making a difference, Nicole is excited to help you on your journey to wellness!

Traditional Thai massage, sometimes also known as Thai yoga massage, is an ancient holistic manual medicine practice combining interactive, flowing yoga-like movements and stretches, acupressure, and energy work to promote relaxation, flexibility, and overall physical and mental well-being. Performed on a large, pressed foam floor mat, Traditional Thai massage treatments are full-body, and practitioners use their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply pressure along the body's energy lines (called "Sen" in Thai) while moving the client into various yoga-like positions. Unlike Swedish massage treatments, clients remain fully clothed in loose-fitting yoga or athletic clothing, the treatment includes dynamic flowing movement, and no massage oil is used. Overall, Thai massage may help reduce pain, improve flexibility, and benefit psychological well-being. Experience for yourself this ancient practice and how it may be beneficial to you and your health and wellness. It is important to note that Thai massage isn’t generally recommended for those who are pregnant or have recently had major surgery significantly limiting movement of the body.
