As someone who enjoys a variety of physical activities and exercise, Nicole has always had an
interest in the cause and effect of bodily injuries, the effects of ageing on the body, and of subsequent
healing. Nicole enjoys helping patients to heal and recover from injury in order to continue to live an
active life. It was in 2014 that Nicole decided to leave a career in IT to become an RMT. Nicole earned
her RMT license in 2016, and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Nicole has worked in both a multidisciplinary clinic settings as well as at a yoga studio; different
settings which have given her the opportunity to treat a broad spectrum of patients and conditions.
Nicole’s specializations include: pre- and post-natal patients, TMJ disorders, strains and injuries from the
overuse of common structures of the body such as shoulder and hip joints. Nicole also employs
myofascial release and cupping techniques.
Nicole plans to further her education on pelvic health, and to add acupuncture to her skillset.
