Nicole believes that massage can be an important tool in maintaining a healthy lifestyle by reducing muscle tension, decreasing stress and promoting relaxation. Nicole uses a patient centred approach to achieve their goals using a balance of therapeutic, orthopaedic and Swedish techniques.
